Group classes
and workshops
This work began with a heart and desire to care for families well by offering clear, compassionate guidance during seasons that can feel uncertain.
It grew out of a desire to better support families navigating aging and care. Through my experience as a nurse, I saw how often people were left without the education or guidance they needed, not because anyone failed them, but because the healthcare system doesn’t always have the time or space to provide it.
These classes exist to help fill that gap by offering accessible education and meaningful support, so individuals and families can plan ahead with confidence, honor their values, and care for loved ones with clarity, peace, and a sense of not being alone.
